Simple (Inexpensive) Gold Frames

A recent trip to Pottery Barn Outlet yielded these pretty gold frames–18×18 inches for $24.99.  That’s a great price, isn’t it?  But by the time I realized I really wanted four of these, my closest PB Outlet was sold out.  Bummer.  But the friendly salesperson did an inventory search of all national PB Outlets and gave me a list of stores that had stock.  So now I have four!

I thought it was such a good deal for such a classic frame that I had to pass it on.  You could fit it with a mat, but I am going to attempt a faux mat with watercolor paper–we’ll see.

I’m using these in a little redekoratin’ I’m doing at the cottage.  The master bedroom has never been right to me so a little change is in order now that we are going into our 5th rental season.  I’ll share my plans after the Joss & Main event runs next week–February 5th!
