It only took the good part of a year, but the mirrors and table for my daughter’s room are finally complete.

I’m just so happy that I finally finished something that I want to give a progress report. Remember these mirrors from Scott’s last year?

Now they are a preppy golden pistachio green. The little bamboo table from the Salvation Army received the same (neglected) treatment…languishing in the studio for months. I bought the chair from Susie at her garage sale and had recovered in a vintage window panel.

The little stool is one of two. These round perches can be found at TJMaxx or Home Goods for usually around $39 (or cheaper, if you are lucky to find one on clearance) and are perfect for slipcovering. That pink tassel is a recent discount score to trim the drapery, yet to be made. Now I just have the accessories to arrange (until my daughter rearranges) and art to hang. Almost done!
Have a perfect-for-you weekend!

I do remember those mirrors and I love them in the pistachio green! But I also really love that lamp–where did you find it? So retro, and girly.
Definitely a room fit for a princess! Anxious to see it all come together.
Oh la la, that’s one lucky little girl!
